Once you have purchased tickets for the event, they can only be exchanged, refunded or returned in the circumstances described below:
If the event is cancelled, we will contact you and issue a refund.
If the event is rescheduled, we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. Refunds are up to the discretion of the organiser.
The following also applies to ticket purchases:
There will be no refund for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
There will be no refund if you find out later that you cannot attend the event for any reason.
